Marketing advice from our Chief Canine Officers
Dear Chief Canine Officers:
I work in a large, established company. Should we be worried about the new techy firms in our space? And, if so, how do we compete without cannibalizing our brand?
Sincerely,
Tech-Curious Ted
Dear Ted:
We get it. With millennial consumers being enticed by new insurtech and fintech firms, you may be feeling a bit like chopped liver (btw, yum).
So, what to do? We say if you can’t jump over the fence, dig under it. Try a more subversive maneuver, like creating a newer, hipper brand for a growing but tangential market. Here’s a good example of how we helped a client do just that.
For more advice on competing with techy online firms, be sure to talk to our human colleagues.
